Our concrete overlay systems are made up of a series of polymer-modified cement overlay coats that are applied over primed concrete, creating a permanent bond. Using special grout tapes, or a v-shaped diamond blade cutting blade, and our Texture-Crete material, we can create the look of flagstone, slate, brick, tile, and more, at a fraction of the cost of installing real tile or stone. It’s colored using an integral color mix, transparent stains/dyes, and solid “color seal”, and then sealed for a final finish that is designed to last for many years. The entire process can normally be installed in a couple of days with minimal disturbance to the surrounding areas. Our manufacturer, as well as ourselves, have proven Texture-Crete to be highly effective in hundreds of high-profile venues such as Disneyland, Legoland, Toyota, Hyatt, Marriott hotels, etc. Though primarily used for resurfacing driveways, walkways, patios, and pool decks, it is equally suited for interior living and office areas.
